Alarm.com Adding New Logins Guide

Step 1 : Log in to Alarm.com and Select “Users” on the left,
then “Manage Logins” on the top,
then “Add a Login”

Step 2 : Enter the new user’s Email Address and a Login Name (they can be the same to keep things simple), then click “Save”

Step 3 : Set permissions for each user

– Check box for Permission level
– Check boxes for Feature Permissions
– Click “Save”

Step 4 : The new user receives an email and clicks “Get Started”.

Step 5 : The user clicks “I Agree” to the Alarm.com terms, then creates their own password and clicks “Save”.

You can manage existing logins anytime by clicking Users -> Manage Logins.
