Adding Users to the Intercom
Step 1: Hold down the * button until you hear a beep, then enter the panel master code (this code supplied to you by Bullet Security)

Step 2 : Press 1 to select “1 – Tenant”. This will take you to the tenant list menu. From here you can search for an existing tenant or add a new one to the list.

Step 3 : To Add a New Tenant, press the top right button to create a new tenant.

Step 4 :
Press 2 to create the tenant name. This will be the name that shows up in the tenant list so it’s usually their name or unit number.

Step 5 :
Just like texting on a flip phone each number is assigned 3-4 letters. Keep pressing the same button to scroll through to the letter you want.
-BkSp will backspace
-Caps will toggle caps lock between Caps, CAPS, caps
-Next will put in a space
Press # to save.

Step 6:
Press 3 to create the tenant ID, this is also known as the dial code.

Step 7:
Punch in the desired tenant ID and press # to save it.

Step 8:
Press 5 to put in tenant’s phone number. Put a 1 in front of the phone number to ensure calling works if the number is long distance. Press # to save.

Step 9:
Put a 1 in front of the phone number to ensure calling works if the number is long distance. Press # to save.

Step 10:
If tenant requires keyless code press 4 to go to “4-pin”. Put in the code and press # to save.

Step 11:
Press middle of the three top buttons to save your new tenant.

To modify an existing tenant:
Press the top left button to go to the tenant list. From here you can scroll to the tenant you’re looking for – or you can punch in the dial code and it will take you directly there.
From this point, the steps are the same as adding a new tenant. You simply edit the name, dial code and phone number, then Save.

Step 11:
Press middle of the three top buttons to save your new tenant.
